Ucit III Fund Management Company
Adepa is Chapter 13 Management Company authorized in accordance under the 2002 Luxembourg Law and regulated by the CSSF. We are a one-stop shop providing highly focused administration services to Investment Funds.
- Management Company Services. Investment Management (including investment advice; conclusion of agreements; transaction of securities and other acceptable types of assets; Compliance monitoring, supervision and overall control of the structure.
- Risk Management Services for both non sophisticated and sophisticated funds according to the CSSF Circular.
- Marketing and distribution. Marketing in Luxembourg and/or abroad of units or shares of UCITS and/or UCI.
Administration Services, Accounting, Nav calculation
Administrative works such as legal and fund management accounting, customer inquiries, valuation of the portfolio and pricing of the units (including tax returns), regulatory compliance monitoring, maintenance of the register of unit holders, distribution of income, and issuing and redemption of units, contract settlements and record keeping of transactions.
Domiciliation (corporate secretary, etc)
Provision of address and registered office. Reception and administration of mail, fax and phone messages. Legal compulsory publications and Luxembourg tax returns. Liaison with Luxembourg supervisory, tax authorities and auditors. Organization of General Assembly of Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings.
