Our Group

Adepa Global Services Group S.à r.l. is the group’s head company encompassing all subsidiaries, businesses and other interests.

Adepa has entered into a strategic partnership with Banco Inversis, S.A., generating a unique value proposition in the field of management and administration of investment vehicles, especially in the markets of Southern Europe (Spain, Italy) and Latin America.

In Luxembourg, the group owns the market leader Adepa Asset Management S.A, a fund services specialist regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) as a Chapter 15 fund management company and AIFM.

In Italy, the group, under the name of Adepa Global Services Italy Srl, serves the financial services industry with pioneering BPO solutions.

In addition we are also active in the corporate field through Adepa Corporate & Trust S.à r.l., an entity regulated by the Ordre des Experts-Comptables (OEC) as a fiduciary company.

Through Adepa Asset Servicing Spain SL and Adepa Asset Servicing Chile Spa, the group is active in the provision of outsourcing solutions locally in Spain and Chile respectively.
