Reporting and Data Integration Officer

 

Reporting Tasks:

  • Be in charge of all fund regulatory reporting (U1.1, SBS, S2.13, AIFMD, O4.1, etc.) for liquid and illiquid funds in full cycle
  • Be in charge of the regulatory reporting and production of documents in relation to MIFID II and other regulatory requirements: UCITS KIID, PRIIP KID, EMT, EPT, Solvency II
  • Analysis of regulatory changes, new reporting requirements and liaison with regulators
  • Thorough documentation, archiving and maintenance of procedures, policies and reporting tools
  • Review and improvement of Reporting tools and process flows

Data Integration Tasks:

  • Be in charge of financial and fund data integration within Adepa and to third parties
  • Data map creation and flow optimization across departments and with counterpart tool
  • Be in charge of data consistency across units and data feed to and from delegated or outsourced analysis tools
  • Be the first point of contact and take ownership of Data feeds including Fundsquare, Bloomberg, Distribution platforms, etc.
  • Liaise with other units and teams to handle requests and special queries

Qualification and Experience

  • Master in Finance or Mathematics/ Engineering
  • Relevant experience in a similar position minimum 3-5 year
  • Good knowledge of investment funds, main financial products and alternative investments
  • Fluent in English, any other European language  is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
