For our Client Relationship Department we are looking for a full time

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (F/M)

In the frame of the Client Relationship Service the Client Relationship Officer understands client’s business and provides thoughtful and optimal solutions by coordinating the work of internal and external parties. She/he is responsible for managing client’s expectations with a “can do” attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high quality work. The Client Relationship Officer focuses on quality and constant client satisfaction. This role implies the following tasks:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as first point of contact for a dedicated client portfolio
  • Responsible for understanding client products, requirements and handling all matters with a proactive approach to ensure constant client satisfaction
  • Responsible for developing and cultivate long-term relationships with our clients
  • Coordination with internal and external parties (custodian banks, legal advisers, AIFM, investment manager, auditors, distribution partners etc.) in order to deliver quality service on time as per client’s expectations
  • Facilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams or clients promptly and smoothly
  • Active participation in the new client onboarding process and client change requests
  • Assistance and taking ownership in internal projects representing the interest of our clients
  • Participation in the organization of Board and shareholder meetings

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the funds industry and Client Relationship Services
  • Good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate laws and structures, Financial Market and investment products
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication); any other language is considered an asset
  • Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, any knowledge of PE systems would be an advantage

  • Ability to work autonomously, taking full ownership of assigned responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including contributing to and being part of a strong team spirit
  • Excellent organizational skills complemented by a “can do” attitude
  • Result-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of responsibility regarding delivering quality work
  • Intercultural approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
