FUND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER /ASSISTANT MANAGER

 

Main Responsibilities  

In the frame of the Fund Administration Service, the Fund Administration – NAV Center Manager is responsible for the NAV Validation & Control of a portfolio of funds. This includes coordinating the activities of the different teams who perform transaction processing, reconciliation, corporate actions and valuations, liaising with clients, internal or external transfer agent, broker and custodian.

More particularly:

  • Ensure the Net Asset Value reports for daily, weekly and monthly funds are delivered on time and without errors, in accordance with procedures and controls;
  • Give support to the different teams involved in the day-to-day accounting and NAV calculation;
  • Management of all Fund Administration queries of external relationships such as clients, vendors and auditors;
  • Monitor regulatory reporting (monthly, quarterly and annually);
  • Prepare annual and semi-annual reports for funds assigned, and review the ones prepared by other managers;
  • Coordinate the funds audit;
  • Escalation of any issues to the department head;
  • Continuously review all processes and proactively lead projects and initiatives to improve key performance indicators.

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a fund accounting /administration position;
  • Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products;
  • Fluent in English, any other language is an advantage;
  • Good command of the MS office tools;
  • Knowledge of Multifonds or e-Front will be an advantage.
