ADEPA Global Services SA to establish in Chile
| The European financial group, ADEPA, is pleased to announce the opening of an affiliate in Chile, ADEPA Asset Servicing Chile SpA.
The new division will provide back office and middle office services to investment fund managers and financial institutions in the country.The new Chilean affiliate aims to become an essential player in servicing the Latin American Region. The members of the board are Mr. Carlos A. Morales, Mr. Gustavo Favre, and Mr. Omar Miranda. Both Mr. Favre and Mr. Miranda are Chilean professionals with solid track records, broad know-how, and senior experience both in the local as well as the global financial markets.

Therefore, the suite of services provided by the ADEPA group – covering traditional and alternative investments, national and international assets – is geared to assist in the consolidation of the local industry.
