Investment Manager / Porftolio Analyst Alternative Investments (M/F)
In the frame of our continuous growth and expansion, ADEPA Luxembourg is looking for a Portfolio Manager/ Portfolio Analyst with main focus in Private Debt
MAIN TASKS
The function of this role will be to work within the team of the Investment Management Department. More particularly the role will involve:
- Review of new investment proposals and existing portfolios of assets held by the AIFs managed
- Main focus will be the management of Private Debt structures and portfolios including credit analysis, monitoring of borrowers/loan performance and advice on material issues, waivers, amendments and other voting matters
- Being able to analyse complex structures with respective agreements and documentation
- Performing pre-trade compliance checks on investment recommendations for AIFs in coordination and organisation of the AIFM’s Investment Committee
- Perform regular updates and reporting to the governance bodies of the AIFM and the Funds Board
- Identifying investment opportunities for simplification and streamlining of processes
- Acting as primary contact for delegates of funds like Investment Advisors and Managers, Depositary Banks, Brokers, Transfer Agent, Service Providers.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Master in finance or equivalent or experience as Portfolio Analyst or in Portfolio Management
- Relevant work experience in a similar position minimum 5 years
- Good knowledge of investment funds, main financial products and alternative investments
- Practical knowledge of the Private Debt Market and experience in Loan/ Credit Documentation preferable
- Fluent in English, any other European language (Spanish or Italian) is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
