In the frame of our continuous growth and expansion, ADEPA is looking for an Investment Manager. The position will be covered with either a Portfolio Manager/ Portfolio Analyst or an Investment Management Trader.
Investment Manager / Portfolio Analyst Alternative Investments (M/F/D)
MAIN TASKS
- Being able to analyse “illiquid” instruments in AIFs’ portfolios and to perform the liquidity management
- Review of new investment proposals and existing portfolios of assets held by the UCITS and AIFs managed
- Performing pre-trade compliance checks on investment recommendations for both UCITS and AIFs, including being able to analyse the underlying investments
- Organisation and coordination of the AIFM’s Investment Committee
- Perform regular updates and reporting to the governance bodies
- Identifying opportunities for simplification and streamlining of processes
- Acting as primary contact for delegates of funds like Investment Advisors and Managers, Depositary Banks, Brokers, Transfer Agent, Service Providers.
Investment Management Trader Traditional Investments (M/F/D)
MAIN TASKS
- Review of investment proposals and existing portfolios of assets held by the UCITS and AIFs managed
- Performing pre-trade compliance checks on investment recommendations for both UCITS and AIFs, including being able to analyse the underlying investments
- Trading equities, mutual and hedge funds, fixed income, FX, ETFs and loans
- Developing and maintaining our Order Management System (OMS), including and not limited to:
- Stress test on model portfolio and investment compliance rules;
- Securities creation & daily reconciliation
- Identifying opportunities for simplification and streamlining of processes
- Acting as primary contact for delegates of funds like Investment Advisors and Managers, Depositary Banks, Brokers, Transfer Agent, Service Providers
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Master in finance or equivalent, or experience as Portfolio Analyst or in Portfolio Management
- Relevant experience in a similar position minimum 3-5 years
- Good knowledge of investment funds, main financial products and alternative investments
- Fluent in English, any other European language (Spanish or French) is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
