Lisa Backes appointed as Managing Director of ADEPA Asset Management S.A. in Luxembourg

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Lisa Backes as the new Managing Director of ADEPA Asset Management S.A in Luxembourg. In addition, Lisa will also be a member of the Board of Directors of the company.In the scope of our developing business and the expanding diversification of our Group in new activities and jurisdictions, as well as the increased regulatory and industry complexity, Lisa brings in new energy and proven skills both at strategic and operational level, after nearly 25 years in the Luxembourg asset management industry.

Lisa Backes stands as the ultimate Executive Manager in the chain in front of the Board of Directors and will therefore be responsible for managing and supervising the Company´s day-to-day operations in Luxembourg.
