ADEPA – Your dedicated partner for infrastructure funds

With a new licence for its Luxembourg-based Management Company as well as the extension of its exclusive administration services to Spanish infrastructure funds, ADEPA GLOBAL SERVICES further strengthens its position as sophisticated player in the international infrastructure fund market.

Infrastructure developments including renewable energy projects are increasing globally with double digit growth rates and infrastructure funds are opening this asset class for a broader range of investors. ADEPA is therefore pleased to announce that Adepa Asset Management S.A. (“AAM”) has received the approval of Luxembourg’s financial regulator, CSSF, to serve Infrastructure funds as AIFM (Alternative Investment Fund Manager).

With its dedicated team of investment specialists, the extension of the AIFM license was a natural step to complete the wide range of services towards the group’s international client base. In this respect, it is worth noting that AAM is successfully acting as the AIFM for the first 2 Luxembourgish funds investing in renewable energy developments in Asia.

In addition, the Group also received the mandate from a leading institution to perform the administration of their Spanish based infrastructure funds to be served by ADEPA’s operations in Bilbao.
